Welcome! I’m Howard Waldstreicher, developer of the unique HalfHourPower training program and lifelong fitness and tennis enthusiast. Over the years I’ve tried every imaginable technique and routine to improve my body and performance in everything I do. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I developed a powerful workout using bands that focus on quickness, strength and reactive core training. To me, fitness is all about movement. Whatever you do, you must be able to move with agility, balance, and stability.
