Trainer and fitness expert Howard Waldstreicher developed HHP after intensive research into effective resistance training. He used HHP to get a faster first step, to recover more quickly between points and to improve his strength endurance. In addition to improving his own game, he has helped both recreational and professional players elevate their games to a new level. The DVD features multiple exercise routines.
